Just had an inspiring visit to the MaRS Discovery District, the birthplace of insulin discovery in the 1920s. It’s incredible to see where a breakthrough that has saved millions of lives began. This site is not only the precursor to Merck Sharp & Dohme but also a Nobel Prize-winning location. It’s a reminder of the power of medical and research science to change the world.
